We made a Doordash food order for an extremely important meeting and it never arrived on time! The order was scheduled to be here between 11:30 AM - 12 PM.

No communication from Doordash and the Dasher's phone number was wrong. Called the restaurant and they blamed Doordash for it. We were basically waiting helplessly, not knowing when it would arrive.

In fact, it arrived at about 1:00 PM.On top of this, the door dash application lies that the order arrived at 11:55 AM This is very unprofessional and not acceptable! We request some action to be taken from Doordash's end.

Product or Service Mentioned: Doordash Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Doordash Credits are acceptable .

If you gave driver a 1 star may you burn in *** Never driver’s fault. Always restaurant ir scheduler’s fault.

Guessing you blamed the poor driver.

Wait till the next time you order food. Word out in hateful people like you that take your problems out on a poor driver who has no control in the matter.
