After having to deal with 3 delivery drivers.... have to remake an order 3 different times... I finally got ahold of a Representative to figure outnwhat was going on...
The Representative wanted me send seafood to a customer that 1) wasnt up to par and 2) that would of made a customer sick due to the amount of time the seafood was sitting out.
The Representative decided to hang up on me because she didnt want to deal with it.
She contacted the customer and once the customer confirmed they received the order form the 3rd dasher arrive she thought it was appropriate for the customer to wait for over and hour and a half when the promise time was 35min.
Having the Representative hang up on me shows that DoorDash doesn't care about the relationship between the Restaurant and customer. Therefore, I will likely be terminating our relationship with DoorDash.
