My very first and only experience with DoorDash...WORST DECISION EVER!!!
I ordered by food on Jan 18th 2017, my food was not delivered due to the restaurant having trouble with power outages. The driver notified me and I received a call to inform me that I will get a refund in 7days.... WRONG!!! 7 days passed and they stated no its 7-10 BUSINESS days...
well 11 business days passed... I emailed them asking where my refund was, I got a phone call from them... and they asked me to SCREENSHOT MY BANK ACCOUNT to prove I did not get my refund. I chewed their ears off because asking that in the first place is horrendous customer service and completed wrong to ask for bank information.
They stated they would ask their manager what to do next. They emailed me saying "I have now discussed this with my manager and he has asked that you check that they payment was actually taken from your account." I stated yes you took out such and such amount. Then they said "I am going to ask you once again to please provide screenshots of the charge being taken from your account. " I took a screenshot that one transaction to show that they indeed did take money out of my account.
Since then.. NO RESPONSE. I have emailed multiple times to ask for an update.
3.5WEEKS AND STILL NO REFUND!!!!This is a completely RIDICULOUS company that is funded by TRICKING customers and STEALING from them.
