We placed an order on the website, and waited for restaurant confirmation for about 10 minutes before canceling the order. Several people saw the order cancelled, so we closed the window and ordered elsewhere.
30 minutes later we receive a text that the food was on its was and received an email that the order was confirmed.
We had explicitly cancelled this order, but we're still charged, and so far have not gotten any food.
There was no doordash phone number to call and fix this, but we tried the support chat and got no response. We've emailed a complaint And hope this will be resolved, but so far no luck.
