I had placed my first order with DoorDash last night. When I received my order, it was cold and you could tell that the dish had either been reheated or sitting on top for so long that it was dried out.
I emailed their customer service about the issue and do you know what their response was? They issued me a credit for $1! It was a $35 entree that we didn't even touch because it was so bad and all they offered me was a dollar in exchange. This company is a joke and I assure you that they will not last.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
