I had placed my first order with DoorDash last night.When I received my order, it was cold and you could tell that the dish had either been reheated or sitting on top for so long that it was dried out.

I emailed their customer service about the issue and do you know what their response was? They issued me a credit for $1! It was a $35 entree that we didn't even touch because it was so bad and all they offered me was a dollar in exchange. This company is a joke and I assure you that they will not last.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I had a $70 order that was placed at 10:30 am.Scheduled for 12:00pm delivery.

Got it at 1pm.

Burgers were cold, salads were warm.They gave me $11 credit and won't respond anymore.
