On two or more separate occasions when placing an order with doordash, they have debited my bank account twice for the one order. Then I have to argue and prove to them that they have done this, then they say they'll refund the 2nd charge back to my account but it may take 3-5 business days.
Lo and behold the money never shows up in my account. So I have to call them and hear them deny they ever charged me twice for the same order all over again and then I have to argue it again and show proof that they did.
Then aha they see it and say oh the refund was processed but for some reason it never went through so we'll do it again. They are shady as can be.
