I received a text at 12:06 pm that my food was ready and the driver is on the way. It is now 12:57 and I have seen this driver driving all over way out of the way and stopping several times.

It is showing he is 30 mins away now. This restaurant is only 10 mins down the road. I tried to text the driver to let him know he went way out of the way and I get a I'm on my way text back.

I don't like that they make you tip the driver before the food comes. Uber Eats lets you tip after giving the driver incentive to get your food to you hot.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $66.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I agree, we should not have tip until we have received our food. I am going to start tipping in cash from now on ... that is if I use them again.
