Ordered food - added a generous tip and watched the app to see that the drived picked up my food and was en route to my house. When 30+ minutes went by I tried to call the driver to see if they were lost and their phone was disconnected.

Waited until past 10PM and the driver was still supposed to be on the way. Woke up this morning and the app said that the food was delivered!

There is literally no place on the app to call and complain. I am never using doordash again.
