I ordered from Red Robin in Salt Lake City and got an estimated time of 8:01 PM for delivery. I noticed that on the live update, I would see a different driver every 10 minutes or so.
After 30 minutes of this and on the 4th driver, I contacted Red Robin since no phone number was listed for Door Dash. Red Robin informed me that my order never went through and when the drivers would arrive to pick up then they left because the order never went through. Door Dash then would send another driver. Who's running this business?
I've tried to cancel my order. When I look at my order there is a phone number that I've called. Went to voicemail and I asked for the order to be cancelled. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't.
It's now 9:01 PM and stuck in the same loop. Technical issues always can occur, but there is NO excuse for no communication!
What a joke. First and last experience with Door NO Dash.
