Wasnt informed that order would be delivered after several other stops and quality of food could not be kept in the time it would take to deliver. After calling the customer service line I talked to a representative named Warren who asked for the email address attached to my order and when I gave the email address connected to my account I was hung up on and not given any help whatsoever to resolve my issue.

Im wondering if they are trained to do this and if the representative will even be reprimanded for this action. I don't understand why the service wouldn't let you know if your order was being delivered by a driver who had many deliveries before me
