DoorDash - Extremely angry customer
I waited 1 hour patiently for my order . My order was cancelled as my dasher was 5 mins up my street with no explanation.
I am extremely mad at this company to let anything happen like that. If there was something wrong then I shouldve been notified through text message or a damn phone call WITH THE EXACT REASON AS TO WHY MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED . The dasher has my food and doordash has my Money that credited back to the doordash act and not my debit card. I will never use this again this is my 2nd time experiencing this and you all have nothing yall can do about it.
JUST WANTED TO LET YALL KNOW WHAT THE *** YALL HAVE GOT GOING ON HERE. *** CUSTOMERS OFF AND NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
Thanks doordash for the *** youve caused tonight. Now I have to eat something i do not want while a damn dasher EATS ALL MY FOOD
User's recommendation: NEVER USE DOORDASH.
Monetary Loss: $23.
DoorDash Cons: Terrible customer service, Customer app & service.
