My experiences with DoorDash are as a take-out girl. I have dealt with a few drivers with *** attitudes, and two extremely hostile drivers; they were a couple, and they took turns coming in ripping us while their customers orders were getting cold in their car.
One of them flipped out and got aggressive. Their arguments stemmed from a DoorDash glitch (one of many), not our fault. Our business, other local businesses and even many drivers are dissatisfied with DoorDash. Another huge complaint is that the automated system that calls when their system is down doesn't give you an option to confirm the items on the order, so some mistakes are made which causes negative reviews.
On the off- chance you do get a human, they are Eastern Indian with very poor English. I wish we would get rid of it.
