Our meal has been sitting there. They assigned a driver who never picked it up. Then it took another 25 minutes to assign a driver. Still no dinner. Second time this company missed the mark, but this time was completely over the top. Here is their online support (no response here either):

I texted the driver, he replied "What order?" and never another word.
I paid $76 and a 20% tip for this... the dinner is going to be cold, and I am sure it has just been sitting there.
What can I do now??? Still no dinner.

The driver texted me and said he had five other orders, and was far away. He gave the run back to you. I have sent my husband to pick it up.
You owe us a full refund. My 95 year old mother hasn't had dinner nor her medication yet.
