Imagine getting home from work at 7:30 pm, pulling up the Door Dash app and ordering from Poyoteca in Rockville, MD at 7:35 pm because your beat and needing to feed your family.

Then imagine nothing coming in 30 minutes, calling the restaurant and finding that the order is awaiting pickup but no ones shown up to deliver the order. Then waiting another 30 minutes and still nothing so you call door dash and they tell you their system is down and theres nothing they can do.

So you call the restaurant and they say we close at 8:30 pm but delivery guys can come in after closure, so at 8:30 you call Door Dash again because nothings arrived.

The person from Door Dash takes all your information and asks you to hold, and after 10 minutes proceeds to hang up on you.

Then imagine calling Door Dash back and the rep states the dasher declined the pickup after first accepting it. Then imagine the customer service rep blames you for all the issues.

This is what happened this evening. Needless to say itll be a cold day in *** before I do business again with Door Dash!

Recommend you pick one of the other delivery services, this business is about to crash if they cant do the one thing theyre supposed to do....deliver food!

Keep outsourcing... such a great...customer service experience...NOT!!!
