I placed an order at 10:08 a.m. I received an email that the order was being prepared, and would arrive at my home in 40-50 minutes.
At 11:56 a.m., I decided it has been close to 2 hours, and still no phone call, or delivery. I tracked the order, and it shows the order was delivered at 10:18 a.m. (How is that possible, when I placed the order at 10:08 a.m.? That means the ordered was prepared, completed, the driver from Doordash picked it up, and delivered to me, all within 10 minutes).
I did an online chat with 'doordash support', and was told by 'Alain G' that the doordash driver, "...took himself offline, and accidentally marked the order as delivered".
Bottom line, I told them I wanted a complete refund immediately, or the order. T
