The driver couldn't find my apartment, he said he didn't have an apartment number but every other driver found me. I contacted the company, gave the correct info and they said he'd be there shortly.
After 2 1/2 hours it showed as delivered I again contacted the company and explained to them what happened, they said they couldn't refund the order because I hadn't given them correct information, which wasn't true at all. The order was $115 and they gave me a $25 credit that had to be used within 2 days.
Absolutely ridiculous, I'll never use them again. With Zifty, Caviar and Grub Hub available they'd better step up their game in Atlanta.
