Food was supposed to be arriving at 11:41pm. The phone number on the account at the time was an old number so I never received a call.
I came downstairs and seen a car outside. I stood on the porch and waved and got no response so I didn’t know if it was the delivery person on not. I went in the house and tried to call the driver but it wouldn’t go through since it’s not the number on the account. I changed that number to my current one and called 4 more times and still couldn’t get to the driver as the doordash voicemail said I can no longer use this phone number.
Then I went back out and the driver drove off and then I received a email saying that the driver waited 10 minutes so I couldn’t get my food. The drivers car had dark tints so I couldn’t see in the car.
