I was trying to explain that my application to become a dasher has completed per the website and it tells me that my kit will be delivered in 1-4 business days. It has been 2 weeks since I did that.

I called I. To check my status and an Asian rep answers the phone by the name of grace who tells me that my background check is incomplete. So she emails me a link. I click on the link it follow the steps and it brings again to “your kit is on its way”.

So I go online to check with checkr. I fill out the info to look up my background check and it defaults to fill out the form again. So call back in to customer service and an Asian rep answers the phone by the name of Fabio(?). Who tells me the same exact thing that grace did by sending me a link.

It’s as if they a reading from a script.

Then he couldn’t locate an office near me when there one only 15 minutes away! Horrible customer service.
