I signed up to be a driver over a month ago and never received my activation kit. Apparently the US Postal Service lost it.

I have been trying since that day to get another kit sent to me, 5 phone calls and over three hours on the phone and absolutely nothing has been resolved. On week three of not receiving my kit I got ahold of a “supervisor” named Justin who said he would handle my case personally, then told me to have a good day and hung up on me.

If you try to call the corporate number it will send you to the “customer service” call center, obviously in India. Definitely won’t be using Doordash ever again!
