Ordered a few burgers with fries and a soda. When the order came I noticed right away that the fries were missing.

Deliver guy left right after dropping the food and I had to run to catch him. He said he didn’t have the fries and I would need to call DoorDash. I go back inside and take a sip of the soda, it’s not what I ordered, and it’s diet which makes it taste awful. I call doordash and their solution is to give me doordash credit (wtf?).

That doesn’t give me back the tip I gave based on the percentage of the meal cost.

That doesn’t give me back the additional service and delivery fee I have to spend on another order. I ask them if they can give a coupon or something, their answer is just “nope.” I tell them forget it, I won’t be ordering from doordash again, send the refund to my credit card.
