Lately every time I order something the order is messed up, or missing something, so YES I called to let them know every time. On my last order I ordered 9 items , and I only received 7. I advised Door Dash, and was advised because of my so called " history" they would not be refunding me. What history??? Complaining because I paid for something ,and did NOT get it?? Each item was $5.00 and some change,so yes I'm going to call and complain. And if I pay for extra items I expect to get it. So on that note I'm done with Door Dash. It seems they just expect you to just pay for something, and just accept what they deliver to you.

I waited 1.5 hrs for food and no arrival. Called customer service which took another 2 hrs of conversation still with no food. Initially they offer $5 credit. Which is ridiculous for the amount of time I waited for food and then had to complain about my case. On top of that it will take 5-7 business days to get my money back...additionally ridicukout
