I want to start by saying I absolutely love Door Dash! What a great idea and company.
The problem is I have tried so hard to explain that when there is a time frame listed a customer begins to rely on this information. Once again I submitted a request and AFTER THE FACT I received a notification the driver was making another stop. I immediately tried the customer service app and once I got to #1 I was disconnected.... of course I was....
I’m so disappointed in the fact my food was delivered cold. My children refused to eat their “soft and soft” French fries. I have said time and time again. If Door dash advices the driver is making multiple stops I will choose to not accept the order.
Unfortunately that is told AFTER THE FACT.
I refuse to pay for food that is not warmed. Thank you.
