Placed an order as usual, credit card charged entire amount including tip, then order says we are unable to give you the status of your order. Had to call DoorDash customer service which is impossible to find on app, and then was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to call my bank to dispute the charges. Ended up with no dinner, charges on my card, and now I have to call my credit card company with a busy schedule.
