I was charged twice for one order. It was VERY difficult to find the contact information for Door Dash: like they didn't want you to find it.
When I was finally able to call, I was disconnected twice right in the middle of the conversation, and the representative supposedly checking into resolving the problem.
I was charged TWICE for one order. I suppose I will NEVER get my refund, not to mention the time and hassle put into trying to get in touch with them and resolve this!
I will NEVER use their service again!!!
