DoorDash - Horrible Customer Service
Logged in to my door dash account to place a large order for my office. was offered dash pass so I signed up for it.
after we entered the whole order the credit card was declined, we entered 4 different cards and all were declined. After several attempts we ordered through someone else. I called in and requested a refund of my dash pass fees. I was told it would take ten days.
When i explained to her the issues of the cards being declined she did not understand what I was saying and kept telling me my dash pass was cancelled.
I better not get charged on ANY of my cards for this. I'll never use this service again.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $35.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
