DoorDash - Horrible Customer Service
I placed an order with DoorDash only to never have my food delivered. I received a text 20 minutes before my food was supposed to arrive that my dasher was having trouble finding me.
I called and texted the dasher numerous times with no answer. Then my app said "food delivered." I called DoorDash (you have to Google their number - they hide it from the app), to complain. They reordered my order and didn't even apologize. I asked for some sort of credit for the 90 minutes + lost along with how I was starving at this point.
Customer Service gave me the run around and said "they had to investigate." Waiting to hear back now for something they should have just taken care of for a customer.
Looks like I am going back to Grubhub where customer service is at least acknowledged. I've been in the same situation with Grubhub and they refunded me.

NO ON HOLD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 20 minutes. Will cancel my card if I have to.
