DoorDash - Horrible customer service and late cold food.
Need to say that door dash is a terrible company and i dont even think that they deserve to be able to be in business. They arrived almost an hour late for my food delivery and by the way never apologize and my food was ice freezing cold and the dasher never even apologized for being late or for the food being cold he could care less and he actually was on his way to me then decided to do another order in front of me to make him more late and my food even more cold.
then i call customer service they are super rude and attitude and disrespectful on the phone with me and for 15 minutes they refuse to transfer me to a supervisor to talk to bout getting a full refund, and for an hour it takes to get to talk to a supervisor and he was even more rude then them refuses to help me and only offers me a 5.00 credit for almost a 20.00 meal and the representatives were so nasty and rude on the phone i had to call back many times to talk to different people who none of them tried to help me which made me more angry and frustrated and disgusted with the situation. if the supervisor doesnt even want to help you shows what kind of company door dash is never again will i ever order from them again they just want your money they dont care about how they treat you or the service that they do doing bite squad from now on never again door dash.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
