Horrible customer service! We ordered two lunches.

Three were delivered AND we were charged for all three. One of the orders had shrimp enchiladas instead of chicken and the recipient is highly allergic to shellfish! Luckily she checked before eating it. She requested a refund but customer service only offered her credits-not a credit card refund!!!

What good is a credit to a place if you never plan on ordering from them again?!?!? Also, they would not remove or credit her for the third item that we did not order. This was our very first time trying out the service and it was a bad experience. We will not be ordering from them again.

TERRIBLE service and even worse customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $58.

DoorDash Cons: Terrible customer service.
