Food was almost 50 minutes past the ETA sent in the confirmation email which had estimated 44 minutes to delivery (for a total of more than 2X their original ETA).
The food was Mexican, and probably very good before it was cold (had condensation it was that bad) and just not eatable.
Not sure what happened, but there was no status update available during this wait, no way to cancel the order and their customer service line was busy.
A horrible way to do food delivery...really bad.
I expect a lot more for the money than being charged 2X drive through prices for food that was so old it had to be immediately thrown away.
DoorDash, you gotta do better than that.
