I made an order at 11:01am and the original ETA was 30-40 minutes, which is normal, but eventually that time passed and the new ETA said to contact support for an ETA.

At this point, I had been waiting over an hour, as it was now 12:15pm, I then had to wait in line to get the ETA.

By the time I finally received my food, it was 12:40pm and the food had been sitting at the restaraunt for over an hour, so of course it was cold.

The agent I spoke to gave me a $5 credit to "make up for my issues".

Thank you for the $5 credit, but it's useless, as I will not ever order food through DoorDash again. This is not the first time I have waited this long for food and I'm sure it would not be the last.

Waiting almost 2 hours for cold food is definitely not worth it. Wtf

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Entire experience.
