I cannot reach anyone the delivery drivers says doordash didnt give him the address. food delivery set between 1130-12 driver marked delivery at 1230 and didnt get her until 1245.
he has no contact info for doordash his chat won't go thru and neither will mine. the phone number has a voicemail that is full. I've been on hold with corporate for 12 minutes I sent two complaints and have received 2 standard replies. Who can eat food that has been driven around for an hour???
this makes no sense at all. who works for a company they can't contact and why can't the consumer contact the company.
now stating will send a refund in 5-7 business days. I WILL NOTTTT use them again.
