An issue with my card arose when I attempted to place an order. I was charged but the order couldn’t be processed because my card info had the wrong zip code.

I wouldn’t get the money back for 1-2 days which didn’t help me since I was trying to order some food right then. The customer service representative was very helpful and accommodating.

I was not exactly the best customer due to being very hangry, but he resolved the issue and was very polite about it. I will be happy to continue using DoorDash.
