I was sick for 2 days and didnt have time to grocery shop or cook. I ordered Wendy's which said id get in 74 minutes.
Already off to a bad start as it'snever taken more than 30-40 mins in the past. I had marked the 2 cookies i added to not get charged for a small order as "refund if not available" i then get 3 calls from the dasher saying i need to change my order in the app (you can't) and then a call from Doordash telling me they cancelled my entire order and that i would need to re-place the order. It had been well over an hour and a half at this point and no food.
Absolutely trash. Cannot believe they would put that feature on the app if they are going to mess around like that.
