There should be 24/7 live support for drivers as well. Last dash: only 2 orders delivered before end point.
2 orders entangled waited an hour. Drove back and forth. All the while I could see the order for cancelled dash for added confusion. Plus ran 15 unnecessary miles because of situation trying to please all customers and maintain communication etc.
last week they sent me to closed restaurant and then did not compensate me and reduced my stats as driver. Crapola
