DoorDash - Incomplete order
I have used Doordash once before with no problems. I ordered on 10/19 three items from Wendys.
Delivery person came with 2 items, one of them was a plain baked potato with nothing in it and the other item missing. I asked the delivery man about it and he said "I don't know, this is what they gave me " I asked if he checked the order before leaving and he just repeated the statement.
He then said I should call Wendy's myself and said "maybe they will give it to you NEXT TIME." I called customer service and, as per the representative, Wendy's AND the delivery man said I received the complete order and was "lying." The representative stated she will refund me some of the money. I will not be using Doordash again.
