They called and said someone picked up my order; someone being the driver and the driver that was assigned to bring it, was wondering where the order was. I have a lunch time that is not negotiable since I have meetings etc. They say 15 MORE minutes and the called me 20 mins before the first order was supposed to arrive. Compensation?

$5 off because that's all we take off for delivery issues. Really DoorDash? No wonder you get bad reviews although I'm pretty sure nobody reads these an they need to. Without consumers, you wouldn't exist.

With Grubpub, UberEats and Amazon now delivering with many others coming up, they will be proactive and read the horrible reviews for YOU and will make sure they don't do the same thing. Trust and believe.

You're not convenient. You're an annoyance.
