I guess theres a reason why any good restaurant has stopped using DoorDash. Placed an order today after some time not using them, and got multiple calls from their CS rep who clearly just had me on mute and kept yelling into the phone.

Finally got a text from the driver who said the place we ordered from no longer serves food. It took an hour to find all of this out which seems absurd.

Oh well, they emailed and said they would refund my money in 5-7 days, which seems absolutely absurd. Driver seemed desperate to have me order from somewhere else so im guessing he didnt get paid either but was weirdly pushy about it.

Orders in the past were routinely messed up or never sent to the restaurant and i guess this is my fault for trying to use them again.
