DoorDash - Lied about referral signup discount
First time DoorDash user and was taking advantage of a friends referal discount. The discount was suppose to be in the cart on checkout and wasn't there.
I was hungry, so I decided to order anyways and send off a support note. I thought that after sending in the support inquiry they would fix it, instead they asked for more info, which I provided.
Then they sent another response saying they needed more information. That's it, after I am not doing their work for them, they need to understand what customer acquisitions cost means as a growing business, or learn that they need to have much better customer service.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
