1ST order was from a sushi place. the app "glitches" all the time .

At least that's what they call it. Anyway....so the app glitched and deleted one item instead of the other . So when it was delivered I let them know. they said they would return the money so i could purchase the correct item.

That never happened. I called back twice. They just said it was up to my bank to rush the funds they released. Like, an *** I dropped the issue and a few weeks later spent $50 more with them BIG MISTAKE!!!

The driver got 2 of the 7 items correct, they called to tell me one of the items i wanted wasn't available. So, I said it was fine to take the item off. They did'nt they just substituted some ***.....then the "piece de resistance". The driver brings my food with my shake half spilled on my food , my bags you name it!

He said he had to slam on his breaks and everything went flying....ok im not unreasonable ; but really call DD and let them know.

so, I call tell them i'd like a full refund since nothing is edible and half the order is wrong....that was 3 weeks ago still no refund. Im done never again...Amazon Prime Now it is

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $37.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
