My friend and I work at a hospital. Working a 12 hour shift, we decided to order food with door dash.
App does not update!
FOR OVER 10 minutes the gps on the delivery person did not update. But then suddenly the food was to be delivered in less than 5 minutes. The order would say completed but the food was not delivered! No phone call received.
We had to call door dash. They told us they would give us points and reorder. 2 hours later. cancelled again and we were refunded in full.
it turns out the food was not even picked up because the food place said they wouldn't door dash for the rest of the day... allegedly....
so halfway through the shift, starving and dealing with horrible customer service.... grateful for the refund but still pissed...
