Figuring out how to contact customer service directly via phone, then after politely stating the issue, get hung up on and transferred to a survey. Big mistake.

Listing businesses to order from or as open, when they are not. We wait an hour for food, to only find out... the place wasn’t available to order from.

From no utensils to missing requested condiments. To missing whole orders.

This is an almost continuous issue while we’ve been using DoorDash. I would venture to say we have had issues with 3 out of every 5 orders. 2 out of 5 being considerably critical mistakes.

This is thee worst company ever.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

DoorDash Pros: Ease of use of app.

DoorDash Cons: Lack of follow through and poor customer service.
