I have time and time again explained that I have spent money and the people have sent my order to the wrong location . My neighbors will come to me the next day telling me my orders was placed at their house when my directions clearly state that my house is behind my neighbors.
I have been trying to get my refunds back I dont care about your guys policy but I have the right to get my money back no matter how many times I ask for my refund. I didnt get my refund or credits nor do I get my food? Thats not right at all I am a customer and full services should be at my Demise . I have made inquiries about my orders and they started saying they couldnt do anything about it.
Ive seen time and time again my orders being left hung on my neighbors gate because your dashers either dont speak English well or is just lazy . Others they actually are able to find my house and place my order in front or hand it to me. All I ask is that I get my *** money back from the orders I recently requested an issued refund or credit distribution for the food not received. No one likes their money or food being played with.
This isnt right and this situation needs to be addressed and fixed. And for the orders I recently purchased but did not receive I am unable to request any of my money back. Is there any way that I can receive the money that I lost basically due to bad service from your DoorDashers. Yes my house may be confusing to find but its not hard to look for AT ALL!.
all I wish is that I receive my money back or credits issued for these reasons. Its not ok to do this to people and scam me out of my money that I spent, all that *** money I worked hard for went to your guys pockets even when I didnt get what I ORDERED! The service here should be better and no one is making any progress on those policy changes it doesnt matter how many times people have not placed my meal at the right spot nor tell me where it is they would just leave right after placing it in the wrong place . I should be able to get my refund or credits issued as soon as any of my orders arent able to be found, isnt handed to me, or even if Im not in contact with my dasher.

Can someone give me money back ? the gov't takes enough from us the last thing i want taking my money and not giving me what i pay for in return is doordash.
