I have to give it to Doordash for being fast on delivery however the not only once, but twice did Doordash missed certain items that was initially ordered and paid for. Even after alerting the driving through the messages that please double check if you got the items all right but i dont know whom to blame here....

DoorDash needs ALOT of improvements starting from choosing the right restaurants to partner with on the delivery aspect and also train the drivers to always check what is in the order package before delivering it to the end users.

Also they informed that they would refund back the money but it will take 5-10 business days.. its that a bit too much?
