DoorDash - Missing items, horrible service, rude customer relations
Missing item, called for it to be resent, 2.5 hours later nothing recalled, was treated like an idiot for believing they would send my item when they said they would, told to call door dash for my refund, whom called me by the wrong name and did not manage to get me refunded in any reasonable amount of time for my already ruined meal and money spent on things i simply never got, meanwhile the guy at the store knew exactly the order he had wrongly packaged when i called. So this tells me they dont care cause they get their money either way. Right or wrong order once they have it they have it no responsibility at all to the consumer by my view by either the store or dinedash
