Case number 25968**** on sep 18th Oder was placed I changed the address from my home address to another address but my food was in route to my home my dasher call headquarters with me on 3 way to explain the situation the Representative said that I would receive a full refund which never came so on the order today that was canceled I told them that I do not want to refund I wanted a credit because that was my last little bit of money and I have no items which were cleaning supplies the representative said to me I can help you with the order once a day but the order on September 18 you will not be getting a refund or any credit because you didnt change the address and then he went in so explaining well theres a bar on the top of your screen where you can change the address like I am not a constant customer of door dash Ive had food delivered to a different number of address I asked to be transferred to someone over top of them or contact information ants or email which I was denied.The money that is supposed to be refunded to me is $84.21 and that was for September 18 my contact information is tiffanywalker.tw1017@***.com thanks in advance look forward to Rectifying the situation
