Placed order more than 2 hours ahead of time. Delivery window comes and goes, contact them and they pretty much lost the order and all they did was offer coupon for next time.

There service is terrible and they dont care about customers at all. If you want to run a food delivery service you have to actually deliver food and when people contact you you have to resolve their problems not just offer coupons for next time because why would i ever ever ever use them again. I wont.

And I am telling all my friends. Food is still not here and I am hungry.
