I woke up in the morning to 9 door dash charges on my credit card that went to 4 different states with over $500 in orders. I called customer service 5 times and was finally told to email them screenshots of each charge.

Once I emailed them, I got a response that the email was no longer being used by door dash and to call back. I then described each charge to the next agent and he said that my case was being escalated and put into the system and that I should expect a refund the next business day. It's been 2 days now and no refund and when I called back, they had no record of my conversations. This has been the worst experience with any customer service in my life.

I am still waiting for a refund 3 days later.

Never ordering with them again. Make sure you be careful entering your information in the system, Terrible experience
