Hi I chosed to deliver only in north Austin area in the app, but somehow the app send me to downtown area for delivery. I picked up too many grosories from Walmart and arrived at destination.

The dorm doesn't have any parking lot in the front. Once I meet the customer she asked for a help to carry her items to her dorm. I accepted the request to be kind and show her dashdoor’s generosity. We made two trips to take her orders to the front desk.

Once I came to my car I saw my car was booted and the guy told me I had to pay $100 to get relished my car. I tied to expain my stiation and he didn’t want to understand it. Then I had to pay $100 fine. I was gonna ask if dashdoor can help me to cover this fine for the very last job.

Because I just wanted be kind to anyone who needs a help, but unfortunately it cost me a lot because I barely make that amount of money in 3 days, but I had to pay them all today. Your understanding greatly appreciated.
