I ordered food around 8:30 pm tonight. It was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes.

Apparently it was picked up from the restaurant at 8:45 pm. The delivery person never showed up. I tried to call her number listed twice with no answer. I texted no answer.

I finally got a hold of her at 10:08 and she said "it looked like the place was closed and no one every came out for the food". This is a 24 hour emergency veterinary hospital and we have someone at reception until 10 pm. She never attempted to deliver the order. I am on for a 12 hour shift with no food.

Her answer was "well you will have to reorder". Every restaurant is not closed! When I called customer service to complain her response was "we will issue a refund but it will take 5 -7 business days". This is completely unacceptable customer service.

I have no food for 12 hours and have not eaten since my shift last night!!!!! I will never use Doordash again. In addition the deliver person sent a confirmation the order was delivered at 9:38 pm. This is stealing!!!

Confirming an order was delivered which was never delivered is stealing from me for an order I paid for!!!!! Doordash should be screening their employees as I could absolutely consider this a chargable offense!
