I've spoken with 2 customer service reps! One of them told me that she already credited my account but I STILL don't see it & my phone cut me off while chatting with the 2nd CSR!

WHERE IS MY $ & WHY was I charged for the 2ND MEAL?! This makes me want to WARN Boston Market to NEVER USE DD for their delivery services, AND it makes me WANT TO CLOSE my DD account! And I also NEVER got an explanation as to WHY the 1st DD driver never arrived to bring me my BM lunch in the 1st place! (The 1st DD CSR REP stated via chat that the driver "de-assigned himself from the route." What the *** does that mean?!

It's NOT the 2 DD CS Reps' fault-they were sweet-but I WANT my $ back!

Sorry for the caps but I am so mad & upset!!) I have low blood sugar!

I have to eat at a certain time! Is Door Dash going to pay my medical bill if I get sick?!
